Employed as staff; and/or have been members of the grantor for three of the past five years;

Have a 2.0 weighted or unweighted GPA or higher in their junior and senior years of high school;

Live within the Meade High School catchment area and/or be a student at Meade High School;

Have been accepted as full- or part-time students at an educational institution of higher learning (i.e., trade school, junior college, or four-year college) or into a trade apprenticeship or occupational certificate program.
