  • AmeriCorps Volunteer Internship Position
    We are searching for someone who wants to impact lives and make a difference in Anne Arundel County! As an AmeriCorps member with Volunteer Maryland, you would gain professional experience by recruiting and managing volunteers at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County. This exciting position will provide opportunities to network with other professionals working in the non-profit, as well as experience in education and government sectors. During the 11-month assignment (September 15, 2021 – August 2, 2022), AmeriCorps members will earn a modest living stipend in addition to the Segal Education, which can be used towards continuing education or for student loans. Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, and be available to work 10am-6pm. Please contact LMondoro@bgcaa.com for more information.
  • Junior Staff
    The Junior Staff Workforce Development Program (JSWDP) is a leadership program designed to promote teens from the ages of 16 to Seniors in College with employment in youth development in an effort of having them return to the community as mentors, tutors, and youth development leaders.
  • Teen Coordinator (Severn Club)
    The Teen Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of teen programs within a designated Clubhouse, with the primary concern for recruitment of teens, and the development of and implementation of teen programs. The Teen coordinator is responsible for providing and ensuring a safe, positive environment, and implementation of the established schedule in collaboration with the Club & Program Director.
  • Youth Development Professional (County)
    The Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for implementing the day-to-day operations of the after school program, ensuring a safe, positive environment, implementing the schedule, and collaborating with the Club Director. YDP's are essential for the supervision of members and programming during Club hours. YDP's utilize curriculum for programming from our National Organization to plan, develop, and implement to our members.
